Faulty item paid for ageis and extra gel pads would not charge up returned item after 4 weeks waiting for return label heard nothing since can not contact them think I’ve been ripped off !

What Happened to You?
Ordered & confirmed 8/02/23, delivery promised 48-72hrs. Still not delivered. Web site unavailable, phone unattainable.
So pleased you've got in touch now and request delivery soonest.
New offer of 85% would be gratefully received.
Previous orders excellent so hope to upgrade the stars.

i ordered an item 4 weeks ago and still havent got it. Ive emailed yous but no response .your website is under maintenance so i cant go on it.i would be grateful if this could be resolved as i need my parcel as soon as possible

I was encouraged by your representative…
I was encouraged by your representative to purchase the 'Jointplus' massage gel along with the 'Paingone' pencil. I have found that the massage gel has no effect whatsoever on the affected area. I consulted a chiropractor friend of mine and he informed me that -although not harmful - there isn't anything in the 'Jointplus' gel of any practical use for joints. Sorry, guys.

Very disappointing
Initially the ordered item eventually came (Paingone plus) After using it twice it ceased to work. As it was under warranty i received a 'Returns Label' and sent it back with a promise that a replacement would be sent immediately. After three weeks I tried to contact the company, which was not possible.
Have they gone broke ?
The customer service was/is very bad and honouring the warranty does not seem to be their forte.

I ordered an Alpha-Stim from you on 20…
I ordered an Alpha-Stim from you on 20 December and received a confirmation of the order stating that delivery would be made within 48 to 72 hours. It was only when we called you on 4 January we were advised by your customer services department that you were actually out of stock on the date the order was placed and that you were closing for the holidays the following day. They were only just getting round to contacting people who had placed orders when we called. We were told that my credit card would be refunded. Could you please confirm when this will be done as I see no sign of a refund on my card account. Many thanks for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.

Excellent customer service & devices that really help with pain relief!!
Excellent customer service. I added the wrong postcode to a delivery address which resulted in Royal Mail playing pass the parcel between depos. one E-mail to customer service and they recalled the package while shipping me a replacement item the same day. could not be happier as the Pain gone products are AWESOME and really help with back and joint pains!! Highly recommended!!

They heavily promote their refund policy on their website, but dont be fooled. I’m still waiting for any communication about a refund weeks after returning an item. Can’t get any info from customer service.

Great Customer Service as Well as a Great Products.
I have often reviewed the product that I buy regularly from Trust Pilot called 'Fisiocrem' I use it on my Back, Neck, Elbows and Leg Sciatica. My Aussie Daughter-in- law originally put me on to it several years ago and it is my lifeline for pain.
I haven't been able to buy this over the counter in the UK and when its bought in Australia it only contains 3 of the ingredients.
I also really want to highlight the superb Customer Service at Tower Health. Katie on the phone has been wonderful with my concerns about product delays and postal strike delays. I now have all my supplies of Fisiocrem delivered for a little while. Also a mention for Tristan by email, both he and Katie have been really caring and helpful. Many Thanks.

Delayed delivery
The web site said that my item was in stock and would be delivered in 24/48 hours, but it turned out (after me phoning to chase my order) that it wasn't even in the country. The product was fine once it arrived some weeks later.

This is a repeat order
My order arrived sooner than I expected. I use this product because I am allergic to ibruprofen gel and I don't use any cannabis products for the same reason. Experience in the past has revealed the two substances trigger asthma attacks.
